Website for Students to Students 2026, the FONIS conference where students teach students: programme, workshops, panel, agenda, partners and registration.

Role: IT coordinator. Led 6 developers: split the site into sections, reviewed and merged their code, fixed bugs before release.

Book promotion and ordering platform for a Serbian author: a Next.js storefront and an ASP.NET Core API with a JWT-protected admin, orders and email notifications. The live version is a frontend demo without the backend.

- Lead a team of 6 developers on the S2S 2026 website: assign sections, review and merge code, fix bugs before release.
- Built the decision workflow of the HR platform that reviewed 200+ S2S 2026 applications: accept and reject, comments, statistics, CSV export and decision emails through the Gmail API.
- Built the FON Hackathon 2026 registration flow and its Supabase backend: 100+ team applications.
- Designed and built the S2S 2025 landing page and team page: 150+ registrations.
- Project coordinator of the High School Hackathon, keeping PR, CR, HR, design, IT and logistics on the same deadlines.
